Crochet Daisy Flower

May 22, 2017 by Ashleigh

Crocheting flowers are such a classic, therapeutic practice.

What could be more satisfying than making something as beautiful as a flower from a ball of yarn and hook? Nothing, I tell you!

You could even crochet a bouquet of these in an afternoon. So easy!

Here’s the handy video tutorial as well, because I love ya.

PATTERN

Materials:

-Worsted weight yarn in White & Yellow (I used scraps from my stash!)

-Size H 5mm crochet hook

-Tapestry needle

Round 1: With yellow, make a magic ring, Ch 2, 6 Dc in ring, sl st to join, Ch 1 (6)

Round 2: Sc in each around, Sc in sl st from Round 1, sl st to join, color change to white (7)

Round 3: (Ch 7, Dc in 4th from hook and next 3 sts, sl st in next st) repeat around until you have 7 petals

Round 4: (Ch 7, Dc in 4th from hook and next 3 sts, sl st in between next 2 petals) repeat around until you have 7 more petals, finish off, weave ends
