Well, y’all. He’s done it again. CJ has struck culinary gold with this cilantro honey lime chicken.
There’s something about honey and lime that is like marinade harmony. It’s like a symphony of good food happening on your tongue (anybody else imaging a tiny taste bud orchestra playing a tune enthusiastically titled “Concerto Honey Lime Number Twelve”? No- just me?)
Also – we don’t even have a grill. He’s just that much of a food magician.

Sounds excellent! The sweet and tangy combination is most always a winner. How did he get the grill marks without a grill? (I want to copy him.)
He used a grill pan! They sell them with the other pots and pans at most stores – you’ll see that the surface of it looks sorta like a grill’s ridges 😉
