2017 Reader Survey & Giveaway!

January 21, 2017 by Ashleigh

Hi everyone!

I have a super fun giveaway for you – just look at all this yarn!

I’ve been going through my HUGE stash lately and I have tons of yarn. LIKE TONS.

So I’ll be giving away this giant bundle of yarns (yes, every last skein pictured) to ONE LUCKY WINNER. Just because you guys are awesome.

I’ll announce the winner on Friday January 27 by emailing the winner – make sure to be checking your spam folders! (And be sure to email me back letting me know you accept the winnings, or I’ll move on to the next person after 24 hours.)

To enter, just fill out the reader survey below. This little survey is easy and really helps me a lot. As my blog grows, I have to pick and choose what I spend my time on – as there is only one of me, and I can’t do it all! So I need your help to decide where to focus in 2017.

Don’t forget to share this giveaway with friends via the social media buttons below, and good luck!

I am very impressed with your work. Your videos are so well-done and so easy to follow. I used to crochet 40 years ago an now retired and have picked it up again making baby blankets and toques for my grand babies. Your videos have made it possible to relearn this art and further my expertise. Thank you so much. All that yarn would be amazing and very welcome.

I can’t get the form to come up but would love the yarn. When I look at it I keep seeing hats & gloves for the homeless who are out in the cold. It gives them some warmth & they are grateful for them. I make as many as I can to hand out, but living on a very limited income (I take care of my disabled brother & between us we draw $1000 a month) I can’t do all that I would like to.

My daughter runs a family daycare center in the High Desert of California. In the Winter, temperature drop to very low degrees. Used my leftover yarn and scraps to crochet scarves for Christmas and gave to the elementary school age children. Would like to to more and maybe afghans for the toddlers.

Its like you read my thoughts! You appear to know a lot
about this, such as you wrote the ebook in it or something.

I think that you could do with a few p.c. to drive the message home a
bit, but other than that, that is fantastic blog.
An excellent read. I’ll certainly be back.

hi its only been a short time I have been following you. I got burned out after Christmas and didn’t think I would be at it so strong so soon. I am busy making hats gloves scarfs for Invest in Elyria. Last year someone even crocheted slippers and what we did was announce when we were putting these in the center of town for Homeless or people that just needed a helping hand. So this year it is early and yesterday while waiting for my brother’s surgery to be over I finished 2 hats and started a scarf. Last year I went early to pay my water bill and noticed a woman with 3 kids with jackets you wear in in spring, She approached me after she saw what I was doing and I told her that everyone needs a help up sometime in their lives and please take what she needs. The tears welled up and she said she would after she took care of her business. I told her this is the only thing I could do because someone gave me some yarn to help out .
