I am a novice knitter and have a question about the number of stitches listed on the ribbing compared to the body. For the ribbing, I'm making an XL, it says to CO 108. Then in the body, it says I should be knitting 120 across. Where are the 18 extra stitches coming from? Thanks!

Hi Ashleigh,

Is the 16" cord only used for the neckline ribbing?

Also, would this work with a 29" cord or is that too long?

Thank you
