I made your Orange Ridged Pumpkin pattern. The problem is that with the DC and FPTR stitches it leaves gaps and the stuffing show through a lot. Your pictures do not have the stuffing showing through at all. I tried stuffing it with less poly-fill and it still shows through the stitches. Can you please provide some input on how to make it not show the poly-fill? The only thing I can think is to only make white pumpkins, but I really like the orange for fall like you used.

Hello, I am trying my hand at your cute pumpkin pattern. The instructions say not to count the chains of each round as stitches, so after I double crochet in the chain, I counted thirty-two stitches plus the chain two. Is that correct? Then I went on to the front posts and doubles in round two and it didn't come out even so I must have not figured something right. Could you help me understand a little better?
Thank you

I've watch many of your you tube videos and have learned so much. Would've love to see do this pattern on you tube. I'm very visual and learn quicker by seeing you do it rather grab reading a pattern. Is this possible at some point?
