That part confuses me too. When you change to the MC is round 6 and 10 rows would mean you change to CC after row 16 right? Then change back to MC after row 26 but there is only 34 rows for size medium so how many rows is the 2nd MC change before starting the CC cuff?

Hi Ashleigh,

I am working the pattern in the Cranberry and Pumpkin in a size medium. If I am following the pattern, it looks like for the size Medium when you finish the round 6 it says you should end round 6 with 65 stitches - should this actually be 64 stitches instead of 65? (69 sts at round 2 - 5 decreases = 64 sts at round 6).

My second question is that it says the model is wearing a size medium - in the photos it looks like you are ending on the CC color (white) and you have (not including the shoulder) 5 blocks of color for the sleeve. But in the pattern it says after round 6 you should be changing colors after 10 rounds until you get to round 25 and then begin forming the cuff of the sleeve. If I do this I will only have 4 blocks of color. Should the pattern be extended to round 35 before beginning the cuff (single crochet decrease?) in order to have 5 blocks of color ending in the CC (cranberry for this color scheme)? Maybe I am reading the pattern wrong but any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm so excited to start this pattern! I just received the kit, and I am working up a gauge. The problem is, I am getting a 4 inch swatch with 13 stitches and 8 rows of DC (your pattern says 10 rows for gauge). I don't want my sweater to end up being way too long! Any suggestions? The 13 stitches was right on at 4 inches. I am using a Furls Streamline J - 6mm hook. Thanks!

That's in Row 13 where you "skip 50 to next chain 2". You pretty much just dc to chain 2, connect the corners, dc, connect the corners again. That makes the 2 arm holes.

You might be able to, you'd just need to replace the chain stitches with double crochets but it might crowd the stitch. Worth a try!

Hey Ashleigh!

I'm planning on doing this awesome pattern. Looking ahead, is there a way to work more double crochets instead of where the raglan style slits are? Just a personal preference on my end, and i think it would look great either way.

Thank you!

This is a great sweater! I have one question -the photo with the caption says "fold yoke to make armholes" but at what point in the pattern do you do this? The instructions don't say to do this... or am I missing it?
Thanks -
