He is 6 foot tall and is a blanket hog. So his girlfriend appreciates the extra width. But I’m using 2 strands of Lion Brand Homespun Thick & Quick. I kind of wish I had seen this using single strand. But I’m too far in to frog it now. Lol. I got the inspiration when Lion Brand ran their by the case sale. So the yarn was about 75% off.

Pattern. This is a great pattern because
It looks made so will be less likely Tiny fingers get stuck in blanket!
I’m always concerned w that, especially BABIES. A safety thing for me.
Secondly, is there a Hobby Lobby wool blend or acrylic yarn that you feel would work as well for this blanket?
I do want blanket to be cozy.. thanks.
