What is your secret to keeping your stitches dense/tight in this kimono with the N hook? I tried and it was way too lose so I went down to a L hook but I still feel like my stitches are too lose even though I’m crocheting tight. I’m also using cotton yarn so that might be a factor.

I really like this and will make one for my daughter! I only know how to make a granny square so I might not be as skilled as you re keeping the panels as straight as yours. Therefore, I may resort to knitting the cardigan. Your video was great with clear instructions and your voice was perfect. Well done! I absolutely love this kimono but I don’t know what I did wrong. I followed the pattern exactly for the original size and it came out way to big. Oh well I will try it again!

what are the measurements in inches for the panels? I’d love to utilize the idea of this for a knit garment rather than crochet. Or maybe even some lace work.
