How long should the 36 rows be? My guage was different than yours so i tried adjust but I feel like I did it incorrectly? Based on your gauge, it should be 24″ for 36 rows but when I make it that long, it’s super short across the shoulder. Any help would be appreciated.

What weight yarn could be used instead of Homespun? It is too difficult for me to see the individual stitches when using Homespun.
