The increases in the final round say you should end up with 120 sts. But using those increases it only gives you 110 sts. Is the final round supposed to have 110 or 120 sts?

Plan on wearing it to a festival this afternoon, perfect for if it gets chilly later during this heat wave.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[I&#039;d recommend giving it a good steam with either a laundry steamer or an iron set to seam (don&#039;t touch the iron to it!). That should losen up the fibers and relax the fringe to look more like the photo :)]]></description>
