What kind of yarn and size needle and kind of stitch are you using? I just started crocheting earlier this year and have made about 6 of the single crochet blankets and two of the rainbow blankets for my granddaughters. Don’t feel comfortable enough yet to attempt anything other than something like an afghan or scarf. It is a wonderfully relaxing hobby and I have learned so much from your tutorials.
